Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa baraktuh
All of the qira'aat were recited by the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him, who then taught them to the sahaaba who taught to those after them, word by word, vowel by vowel until they authenticated the recitation of those they taught.  The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah upon him read them all and they were then passed on in authentic chains.  We cannot say one is earlier than another, since they all came from the same source from the Prophet's blessed mouth.
