Question
Difference in tajweed between riwayat duri an kisa'i and hafs an asim

Answer
It is difficult to summarize in a question and answer, but the main points are:
Al-Kisaai (Duri and Abu-l Haarith read with imaalah (half ya and half alif)  in the alifaat which has its origin as a ya'; whereas Hafs ' an Aasim has imaalah (reading as 50% ya' and 50% alif) on only one word in the entire Qur'an and that is مجراها in aayah 41 surah Hud.
Al-Kisaa'i has a lot more idhgaamaat than Hafs 'an 'Aasim such as idghaam of the دال  of the word  قد into the جيم and many other letters.
Al-Kisaa'i also has imaalah on the female ha' on the end of nouns when stopping only in most cases, such as the word:   الجنة
