Q: should we make MADDE LAAZIM HARFI or KALIMI MUKHAFFAF or MUTHAQQAL when we read just the letters from alphabet list like alif, baa taa... or this kind of madd only to be performed in MUQATTA AAT

in the separated letters at the beginning of some surahs, is always either  or .  This six vowel count medd is only with the separated letters, at the beginning of some surahs, not when reading letters from the alphabet in other places or circumstances.  A list of the different separate letters that begin some surahs can be found at: http://www.abouttajweed.com/al-mudood_part_9_medd_laazim_harfi.htm at the bottom of the page.

is not in the separated letters at the beginning of some surahs, but instead within a word.
