I was just inquiring to see if there are any sites where i could go and listen while reading along to the holy quran. if yes please let me know. Thank You.

Yes, there is a site that has a very nice program for listening, and repeating the aayah.  You can find it at: www.reciter.org

The program they have allows you to select the range of aaayat from any particular surah and the number of times you would like the aayah to be repeated.
