Question
In huruuful qalqalah sughrah especially the qaaf and taa when they take sukun. Are u going to pronounce them exactly as when they carry fatha.
Answer
The qalqalah letters are pronounced with separation of the two components of articulation when they are saakin with no accompanying mouth or jaw movement.  When a qalqalah letter has a fahtha it is pronounced with separation of the two components of articulation also, but there is an accompanying opening of the mouth (horizontal opening) for the fathah.
So there is a component similar to voweled letters and a component different than voweled letters.
