I would like to ask you, if you could provide a note, explaining the rules regarding Al-Alif Maqsoorah.

The alif maqsoora has basically the same rules as a word ending with a regular alif, except that if there is a tanween (always a tanween) on the alif maqsoora and we are continuing in our reading, we apply the tanween rule, such as in: .
