Question
How should we pronounce a raah shaddha which comes at the end of a verse, it comes under tafheem or tarkeek?

Answer
The reading of the ra' on the end of the word when stopping on that word depneds on what vowel is on the letter preceding the .   When the has a shaddah on it and it is the end of an aayah, then it is sunnah to stop on that word, and the is read with a sukoon.  The rule of the saakinah is then used, and that depends on what precedes it; if the letter before it has a fatah or dhammah, the saakinah is read with tafkheem.  If the letter before the at the end of a word that we are stopping on has a kasrah or it is a ya' saakinah, then the is read with tarqeeq.  The shaddah makes no difference on the rule of tafkheem or tareeq in this case.
