Answer
Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
Ameen, and may Allah grant you all khair in this world and the Hereafter.

For Qaloon, Ibn Katheer, Abu Amr Al-Basree, Ibn 'Aamir, 'Aasim, Al-Kisaa'ee, Abu Ja'far, Yaqoob, and Khalaf (as related by Ishaaq and one of two allowed ways for Idrees 'an Khalaf):

The word is read when continuing with the lengthening of a leen letter, which is shorter than a natural medd but longer than a vowel, followed by the application of the noon saakinah rule for the tanween and the letter which follows it- i.e. the first letter of the next word.
When stopping on this word for the above riwaayaat and qiraa'aat, there is   in which an alif is substituted for the tanween fath (only when stopping), so it is stopped on with a two count alif.

Warsh
reads the word with four or six counts lengthening of the leen letter followed by either applying the noon saakinah rule when continuting, or stopping with an alif as a substitution for the tanween fath ( ).  In both cases, continuing and stopping,  the lengthening of is four or six vowel counts.

reads the word with a mandatory , or breathless pause, on the ya' before the hamzah when continuing.

reads the word with an allowed , or breathless pause, on the ya' before the hamzah as one of two allowed ways of reading when continuing, the other allowed way is with no sakt and the normal timing of the leen letter.

When stopping, both Khalaf and Khallaad 'an have two ways of reading the hamzah: 1.  Transferring the vowel on the hamzah to the ya' saakinah preceding it; or 2. changing the hamzah into a ya' and a merging or idghaam of these two ya' together.

Idrees 'an Khalaf by the way of Ad-Durrah (the ten qira'aat) has two allowed ways of reading this word when continuing or stopping.  The first way is the same as written for Qaloon and all above.  The second allowed way is with a on the ya' saakinah before the hamzah.  This allowed is present whether continuing or stopping, but when continuing the noon saakinah rule is applied on the tanween, and when stopping, there is an alif substituted for the tanween ( ) after the (breathless pause).

All of the above rulings apply to the seven qira'aat by the way of Ash-Shaatibiyyah and the three qira'aat (completion of the ten) by the way of Ad-Durrah.

May Allah grant you good health and a long life spent in the way of pleasing Allah and may Allah guide us and all Muslims to the right path, forgive our sins, and make us of  "ahl Al-Qur'an."   Ameen
