How can a non Arab who doesn't know the meaning or Arabic grammar stop properly

How can a non arab who doesnt know the meaning or arabic grammar, decide while doing waqf Ikhtiari, which rule out of waqf taam/kafi/hasn/qabeeh, to apply? I am aware that everyone should strive to learn arabic to understand the Quran but if one is unable to do it or still learning arabic, which can take months/years- what does he do meanwhile?
Jzk for your help

If a reader sticks to stopping on  the stop marks in the Medinah Printing Complex copy of the Qur'an, they will be stopping on a correct or an acceptable stop, which would be one taam, kaafi or hasan.  We should never purposely stop on a qabeeh stop.
