Question
Alsalamu Alecom,

In The Compulsory Light Lengthening in a Word do we have to read it with the accent?

Thank you so much for your time and for the great web site.

Answer
Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh
There is no accent (nabr) in the , which occurs  only in the word , twice in the Qur'an.  The reason is that there is no merging (shaddah) after the medd letter), and thus no need for an accent.
You are most welcome.
