Do we have to pronounce the hamza at the end of some words if we are stopping?

Do we have to pronounce the hamza at the end of some words if we are stopping there? For example in ayat al kursi, if we stop at illa bimashaaa. Most of the reciters i have listened to pronounced illa bimashaa without the sound of hamza when they stopped there. Please shed some light on pronunciation of hamza after words that have madd.

Yes, we have to pronounce the hamzah at the end of a word, even when we are stopping, but it has no vowel, so we pronounce it with a sukoon.  We should make an accent or emphasis if stopping on a hamzah preceded by a medd letter.
