assalamualaikum. My question is what is raum and how many places in quran does it happen?

After reading the lesson, you will note that we can stop with (giving 1/3 of the vowel on the kasrah or dhammah of the last letter on the word when stopping) on any word ending with a conjugated or fixed dhammah or kasrah.  We cannot stop with on a word that ends with a transitional dhammah or kasrah.  This is explained in the lesson at the link above, so we will not go into details here.
