Question
When stopping on a word which ends with a Mushaddad Raa, do we elongate or emphasise this Raa to indicate the existance of the Shaddah? Like in the word Mustaqarr.
Answer
When stopping on a shaddah like in the case above, we read the ra' with an accent to show there are two of the last letter but do not elongate it in timing.
