Question
Salaam i have been taught Arabic at university by Arab teachers from Jordan and Palestine and they all told me my aiyn letter is strong and correct.   Recently however,  i met a Sudanese Arab and she says i don't say it correctly?
Please could you shed some light on this matter.i use my throat but also use the very back part of my tongue to push up towards the throat. I have read there are two ways to say this sound.
JazakAllah

If you want to learn how to recite the Qur'an correctly with correct articulation points of the Arabic letters, you need to go to a master Qur'an teacher, not a language teacher.
There is only one correct way to pronounce the letter '3ayn, we should not push our tongue up as that will make it have tafkheem (or be heavy sounding); the epiglottis near the end of the tongue moves back towards the throat.
Please see the following video for the explanation of the 'ayn articulation point and sound.
