My name is XXX, I would like to know how I could learn tajweed (qira'aat rather than Hafs ) by Internet or any other way.

& the second thing, I like to teach tajweed (in Hafs qira'aah) in  XXXX after June next year insha' Allah.  Would you please help me connecting with people there?

Wa alaikum assalaam wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuh,

The qira'aat, or ways of recitation can only be learned through a sheikh (or sheikhah) that has been given an ijaazah.  The rules of the qira'aat (the rules for each way of recitation) can be learned through study, but the actual recitation can only be done at the hands of a qualified sheikh. We are not sure which you meant, but just wanted to make sure to point this out.

At this time, the rules of the qira'aat, to the best of our knowledge are not available on the Internet.  We ask Allah to help us in this task in the future. 

We want to emphasize again, as we have in the past, that in learning the Qur'an there are certain steps that should be taken to reach the state of learning the different qira'aat.  The first step is memorizing the whole Qur'an.  The second step is getting an ijaazah from a qualified sheikh or sheikhah in the particular way of reading that you memorized with (for example, Hafs for most Muslims), and after that a study of the rules of the qira'aat and their recitation can be done.  One needs to be mastered in each step before going on to the next step.  You very well have done these steps, this is just a general statement for all interested in studying the qira'aat.
